The aging furnace is designed for tempering general metal components in air, as well as quenching, annealing, and aging heat treatment of aluminum alloy die-castings, pistons, aluminum plates, electronic components, medical parts, and light alloy components.
The outer shell is fabricated from steel plates and structural steel welded together.
It facilitates bright tempering of various materials after vacuum quenching.
It can also be used for recrystallization annealing and aging of non-ferrous metals.
